ABLTY HQ · 1150 Connecticut Ave NW, Suite 108 — Dupont Circle, Washington, DC

The same Michelin-trained kitchen that feeds 20+ pro teams across 5 leagues — now plating recruit day, camp, training table, and travel for your program.

The same Michelin-trained kitchen feeding NHL, NBA, and MLB athletes — not a step down for college.

Built around your schedule from preseason through postseason. One partner, the whole calendar.

We handle menu design, prep, and delivery to your facility. You focus on developing your players.
A program doesn’t hire a kitchen for one meal. From the recruit who visits in the fall to the bus to the conference tournament, the same standard travels the entire calendar.
The official-visit meal is a recruiting pitch on a plate. We plate the same Michelin-trained menu that feeds 20+ pro teams, so a five-star sees the standard your program holds before he ever signs.
The kitchen that feeds the NHL, NBA, and MLB — on his visit weekend.
Two-a-days burn through glycogen and recovery windows close fast. Camp blocks run on a high-volume fueling plan — built around your conditioning schedule, dialed to the load each position carries.
Multi-week camp programs scoped to your practice and lift calendar.
The weekly training table is where the season is won — consistent fuel, every meal, all year. NCAA D-I training tables at the pro standard, delivered to your facility on a recurring schedule that holds through the grind.
Recurring weekly service — the same plan a championship locker room runs.
Conference tournaments and travel weekends are where nutrition usually breaks down — long bus rides, late tip-offs, road food. We pack pre-game, postgame, and travel meals timed to your bracket so the standard never gets left at home.

Yes. Since the NCAA deregulated training-table rules in 2014, member institutions may provide athletes with unlimited meals and snacks in connection with athletics participation — the old per-meal cap is gone. We provision the food; your compliance office signs off on the program the same way it does any institutional benefit, and recruit-day dining on official visits falls under your standard visit-entertainment allowance. We build to whatever your compliance staff sets and keep clean documentation of every delivery, so an audit is a non-event. The institution owns the ruling — we hand it everything it needs to say yes.
Programs typically start at a single squad — a recurring weekly training table or a camp block — rather than a per-meal minimum. We scope the first program around your roster size and the part of the calendar you want covered, then scale up as you fold in more sports. There is no facility build-out required; we deliver to the dining space you already use.
For a recurring training table or a camp block, plan two to three weeks from sign-off to first service — that window covers menu design around your athletes, dietitian review, and the delivery cadence. Recruit-weekend and single-event meals can move faster once a program is established. The earlier we map your season calendar, the tighter every stage lands.
Yes — and it is a safety surface we take seriously. Every recipe carries full allergen labeling, and we build dedicated plates for athletes with celiac disease, dairy intolerance, nut allergies, and religious or position-specific protocols. Send us the roster flags and your performance staff’s targets; we plan around them rather than handing you a one-size tray and a disclaimer.
We pack travel meals — pre-game, postgame, and bus fuel — timed to your tip-off and departure so the standard does not get left at home for a conference tournament. For the deepest postseason runs we coordinate directly with your operations staff on the logistics. Road weekends are exactly where most programs’ nutrition breaks down; we built the postseason stage to close that gap.
