From the Pass
One issue a month — what the kitchen is cooking, who it's fueling.

ABLTY HQ · 1150 Connecticut Ave NW, Suite 108 — Dupont Circle, Washington, DC

Michelin-trained chefs integrated into your facility, your schedule, your season.
From load-in to the bus, every stop is on a clock measured against first pitch. This is one arc of the 285+ events we run a year.
Our crew is through the loading dock five and a half hours out, building the line in your tunnel kitchen or a back-of-house we set up cold. Induction burners, blast-chiller, labeled allergen stations — running before the first player walks in.
A pregame spread calibrated to your dietitian’s plan: slow-digesting carbohydrate, lean protein portioned to bodyweight, and the four or five player-specific plates we keep on file. Hot, plated to order, three hours before the anthem.
Bench-side fuel that holds through three periods or nine innings — fast carbohydrate, electrolyte, and grab-and-go protein restocked between every break. A chef stays on-site the full game, not a drop-off that went cold at the first whistle.
Recovery plates are in the room inside the 30-minute window that matters most: 30–40g of protein, replacement carbohydrate, and anti-inflammatory builds for the bodies that took the most contact. Travel boxes packed for the bus before the lot clears.
We don't send trays. We embed in your facility as an extension of your performance staff.

Daily meals for players, staff, and front office at your facility.
Pre-game, in-game, and post-game nutrition at the arena or stadium.
Meal coordination for road trips. Visiting team service with on-site chef support.
Intensive nutrition programs for preseason and camp.
We run service from a full 200-person game-day spread down to a focused recovery line for a travel squad. The floor isn’t a headcount — it’s whether the standard fits your program. Tell us your roster, your staff, and your front office, and we scope a line that covers all of them without padding a number.
We’re built to be Day 1 ready — no ramp-up, no learning curve. A single road game or a one-off home stand we can scope in days; a full-season embed, where we calibrate to your dietitian’s periodization and load player-specific plates onto the line, we start in roughly two weeks. The further out you bring us, the deeper we tailor.
Every plate is built from USDA-traceable nutrition data, and allergen stations are labeled and physically separated on the line — not an afterthought at the pass. We keep each athlete’s restrictions, intolerances, and dietitian-set targets on file, so a nut allergy or a no-dairy protocol travels with the player to every home and away game we run.
Yes — road trips are a service model, not an exception. We coordinate meals on the move and send a chef to the visiting venue to build a back-of-house line on-site, the same standard you get at home. Travel recovery boxes are packed for the bus before the lot clears.
We’ve built a working line in a stadium tunnel, a practice-facility back room, and a venue with no kitchen at all. The crew arrives with induction burners, a blast-chiller, and labeled stations and is running hours before first service. Your square footage sets the layout; it never sets the standard.
Bring us your schedule and your roster. We'll scope a line that runs from load-in to the bus.
