Clubhouse food program, home and road, through October.
Since 2015: clubs in MLB, MLS, the NBA, the NHL and the WNBA.
02 · The Road
We don't name the visiting clubs we cook for. Yours won't be named either. Here is the work.
Postgame
A hot buffet in the visitors’ clubhouse, set before the final out or the final whistle.
Charter
Flight meals packed cold for the flight and handed off at Dulles, BWI, Newark and Philadelphia. Heat-and-serve when the galley wants it.
Pregame
Breakfast, brunch or lunch at the park, timed to first pitch.
In 2026: visiting clubs from MLB, MLS, the NBA and the WNBA, at the ballparks in Washington and Baltimore, at Audi Field, and on charters out of Dulles, BWI, Newark and Philadelphia.

Washington Wizards
Players and staff order their game-day plate by name, into fifteen-minute windows before tip, home and road. The kitchen works from that sheet, window by window.
05 · Press & Kitchen
Michelin-trained chefs, one kitchen: 5,250 square feet at 1150 Connecticut Ave NW, Dupont Circle.
Date, venue, headcount, arrival time. We'll come back with a menu built to it.
