Every box ships cold-pack: dry ice in an insulated build, packed to hold solid through a two-day transit. No gel packs, no soft thaw.
We dispatch cold-chain boxes Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday — never into a carrier weekend. If the math puts a box in transit over a Sunday, it waits for the next window. We hold rather than thaw.
